Doors Open Day with a Virtual Twist

Last year we were open as part of the West Lothian Doors Open Day weekend. Sadly, the measures we all must follow to tackle coronavirus mean we cannot have our usual nosy around local historic buildings and venues across this weekend. We cannot yet physically open the museum doors but please join us online.

Our Community Co-ordinator Julia Branch has created a mini-virtual tour of the museum. The tour gives visitors 360 panoramic views of the museum galleries and community space. Whet your appetite with overviews of each gallery and explore some of our objects in more detail. Listen to highlights from our oral history collection which bring the spaces to life.

Like what you see? Please visit us when we reopen soon.
